WHY WE LOVE CLYDESDALES...

My grandparents came from Scotland. The plaid that you see at the top of this page is our clan tartan. So I've always had a place in my heart for "all things Scottish."

I also love animals. So it seemed like a natural blend of interests to begin raising Clydesdale horses, which have their roots in the Lanarkshire (previously Clydesdale) district of Scotland.

The heritage of the Clydesdales, along with their gentle disposition, really made the breed stand out to me. So now, our Clydesdale horses are our family hobby!

Of course, the horses do have to share some of our attention with the other special animals in our lives... namely Spot (our Dalmation), and Samson (our mighty St. Bernard)!
